I joined this site awhile back. The offers are pretty decent,but my honest opinion,if you do not cancel some items after the trial, you are stuck with a monthly bill. Points take a good while to build up. From what I gather, this site is legit. But I have not managed to save enough points to cash in. But most offers are pretty simple to complete.
Cash Lagoon Trial Offer Site
I am no longer a member of any trial offer sites other than InboxDollars/SendEarnings, which also offer surveys. I am not interested in signing up for offers then having to cancel within the 14 or 30-day trial period. Inevitably, you end up having to call your bank to have charges reversed. This site is good for those that like signing up for trial offers, but generally, after the first year, you have signed up for everything and it’s much more difficult to cash out.
My advice is not to join, but if you do join, keep meticulous records of everything you sign up for and make certain that you cancel immediately unless you intend to keep the product, such as Blockbuster or Netflix, one of the very few things worth keeping on these Get Paid to Try (GPT) sites.
Cash Lagoon is not a recommended Panel to join!
A year back, in March, 2008 I had joined Cash Lagoon (as well and other Survey Panels like Vindale Research), who boast that they send 100% Free Offers, however, later I learned that none of the Offers these Survey Panels send are free actually,and for registering to any of the offers we have to give our Credit Card Information.
When you register for any of those so-called free offer for Cash Lagoon, you have 14 days of trial period for availing those offers. It becomes our headache to keep track of the 14-day period, and if we forget to unregister for those offers before 14 days, they take payment from our Credit Cards, and we have to call those Companies to stop payment.
Further, in exchange of registering to those free offers my email box became loaded with unnecessary Junk emails everyday, and it required a lot of my energy and time to get rid of them. Even my friends who joined this Survey Panel had lots of trouble.
Although I am still a member of this Survey Panel but I don’t avail of any of those Free offers anymore.
Cash Lagoon, is therefore, not a recommended Survey Panel to join.
